Conference Planning

Meetings:

We are currently meeting every couple of weeks at 7 PM.  Anyone interested in helping with planning and/or at the conference is welcome to attend.

Meeting location is the same as for the conference, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 8701 NE 119th St., Vancouver, WA.  Call (360) 574-1569 if you would like more information.

Organization and Vendor Tables:

Registration for those persons staffing organization and vendor tables at the conference is free.  The request can be submitted here by a responsible representative of the organization or vendor.  Tables can be set up after 12 Noon on Friday, or after 8 AM on Saturday.  Those staffing tables should be told that any meal purchases should be made through the normal conference registration webpage here or by mail before October 10th.
